- To maximize the longevity of the 650g licks, suspend them freely using an official holder away from stable walls so the horse cannot easily bite it into pieces. The Likit 650g Refills can be used with the Likit Holder and Boredom Breaker (sold separately).
- It is recommended that a horse or pony consumes a maximum of 300g per day (roughly half a standard Likit) to manage sugar consumption.
Likits are made with glucose, a simple form of sugar much like found in grass so are NOT suitable for laminitics.
